Introduction: An Indian Multinational FMCG Company known for manufacturing of products for various categories in the healthcare and personal care sectors. Their products are sold across more than 60 countries worldwide with seven manufacturing units in India.

Challenge: This Multinational FMCG Company was seeking to extend their supply chain to ASEAN countries by building a new venture in the nutraceutical industry. Although they had a number of companies approaching them with various ingredients, development of a nutrition portfolio to enter the ASEAN countries market remained a challenge.

Solution: Nutrify today began from scratch to set up this new venture by conducting detailed mapping of the countries, their cultures and needs in order to identify targeted products. They helped throughout the process of category identification, product definition, prototyping, packaging, regulatory clearance, scaling and commercialisation. A detailed mapping coupled with precise project management lead to launch of products in Philippines first and then rolled out to Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and recently in Indonesia.

Introduction: A Switzerland-based health-tech company wanted to create a nutraceutical business vertical and expand its market presence in India. The company was looking for a foothold in the nutraceutical space using clinically proven ayurvedic ingredients.

Challenge: The Nutraceutical business vertical was completely new for the Swiss health-tech company and they wanted to differentiate themselves from others in a similar space by building and commercialising a novel product around clinically proven ayurvedic ingredients having high bioavailability. Case 3: Cancer drug Research Company for Onco Nutrition

Introduction: : A rapidly growing cancer drug research company was seeking to expand themselves into the field of specialized nutrition for cancer and other chronic conditions, using advanced nutraceutical formulations.

Challenge: The Company had two major challenges:
1. To conduct clinical studies for the designed onco- nutrition products by leading research and development centres, followed by validation from expert oncologists.
2. To raise capital for development of a specialised nutritional product portfolio for chronic conditions along with Over-The-Counter nutritional products and market expansion.

Solution: NutrifyToday provided assistance for the development of product science through collaboration with the nation’s leading research and development hubs. They helped in acquiring grants and technical support from the National Research and Development Centre (NRDC) to conduct clinical studies. Next, observatory and efficacy data of the product was collected on a large scale, as Nutrify Today connected the company with a wide network of expert oncologists for a test launch among cancer patients. This resulted in establishment of product quality, regulatory clearance and helped the company bring in suitable investors for their product.
